Everything , staff is very polite , at front desk mr Albert was really helpful , stream trek organised by the hotel with Jitendra is a must do .. food at the restaurant is very food , the chef is excellent and very prompt. Basically if you are in the property you don’t need to step out

The location of the property, the courtesy of the staff ,every staff member was genuinely helpful and polite all the time, the food in the restaurant, also the cleanliness of the entire property was excellent, the security was also very good. the owner /manager/reception people all were always smiling and eager to help in all possible manner. the wi-fi and the rooms were excellent...I and my wife enjoyed fully for 6 days very pleasant stay there....really appreciate the service and the staff for maintaining such a high standards...thanks..a lot

We only wish there was a balcony of some sort or covered area around the pool maybe where we could sit n enjoy the rain. Location was excellent, we visited many view points. The resort too was comfortable with excellent service with a smile. Continuous power supply and wifi . But if it's raining, u r forced to sit inside your rooms . That's one thing I wish I could have sat out in a covered place n enjoyed

-I travelled with my daughter. Unfortunately, she fell sick while there. The staff was very accomodating and went out of the way to go get medicines for her from the market. The food was good.The staff also guided and helped out with sight seeing taxi bookings etc.Over all good stay, however, I would not call this a resort. For it to be a resort, it needs to step up with more additional facilities,ambience etc. But no complains, it was a good stay
Staff (one man army) very supportive. Valley view. Be prepared for a hill type walk to your room based on which one you book. You get only Veg snacks and food. Old structure, not for ones expecting a luxury stay. Location is an advantage. Overall had a pleasant stay with family.
