The resort was nice. All the rooms were spacious and clean nd the staff was prompt . The owner and the manager were gentleman and were very helpful throughout the stay.
It was a good resort...the staffs response was very good...v had a good day and had a good complementary breakfast which was too good in taste.... overall it's a nice one.
The Property and the location, yes we loved the rustic look and the whole property especially a walk around the resort is an awesome experience mostly coz of the Geography and the way its placed.

But the true gem of the resort was the staff. They were incredibly helpful throughout my stay, always anticipating my needs and going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. From activity recommendations to arranging local excursions, their attentiveness made it a truly relaxing and unforgettable getaway.
The location is amidst coffee plantation and jungle. The view of the misty mountains is mesmerizing. There are lot of adventure activities and things to do in the resort that will keep engaged. The local cuisine at Vembanad is must try. The staff is very courteous and took take of special request
The staff are very friendly and competent. Check in and check out was very quick. Resort is a great place for those who love to walk and for bird watching. Other than the sounds of birds, it was mostly very quiet. Silence is a luxury these days and we enjoyed it very much.
The staff was good & friendly,courteous too. Food was simple & homely the way we like it. Very far from main town. Big estate but not a luxury resort category.
