My experience for Meritas Piccadle Resort is overall had a wonderful experience. The resort is beautifully maintained, offering a good environment perfect for relaxation. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious, and there was a good variety of options available. The amenities, including the pool were top-notch and added to the luxurious feel of the resort(I didn't visit the spa area).

It's a huge resort with many things to within the valley itself. I had gone in summer but best time would be during rainy season where there i would be lush green everywhere. Our room was spanish cottage which was first class and spacious. Room service is also good.
Location of resort was not too good we were expecting little open space outside with close to nature, but overall break fast, staff nature, facilities were good and we were happy with overall experience of stay
It was a perfect family resort, I had traveled with my toddler and baby and disabled Mother and Father.staff is courteous, rooms are up to date , Good facilities wheelchair friendly. Good breakfast and lot of options for food in general, near to city center as well. Good spa and indoor activities.
