The cleanliness was on point. We liked the fruit orchards, the artificial falls, the swimming pool and the staff members. Bishnu was extremely helpful and treated us with happy face. Nira and Vellai amma served with good food and went all the way to provide us mangoes, amla and berries from the orchard. Overall we had a very pleasant stay at the property and will definitely visit again soon.

The place is very close and walking distance to old Coutralam. The view of the mountains from the Resort is really beautiful. We had room no 8, and the balcony was spacious and spent the night experiencing the mild drissle in the coutralam.
We had a wonderful stay at this resort. We had booked a king suite. The beds were so comfortable we didn't really wanna leave. There was a dining area inside the room and It also had a hall with a sofa where we could peacefully sit and work with a great view. The staff were friendly and offered our driver a free space to sleep for the night stay with food. Jacuzzi was great. The whole place had centralized air conditioning. I'd gladly recommend everyone.
Very calm and quite location with beautiful feeling of a small & cost resort more apt for romance / family. Nice parking and pl make sure before booking as there is no restaurent .Staff is amazing
It was an amazing experience to stay in Westn Resort. I was totally amazed by the cleaniliness of the facility, toilet in particular. Staffs are really friendly and kind. Complimentary breakfast was provided. Overall I recommend this resort to everyone.
The facilities are spacious, clean and easily accessible to the Five falls. The five falls is walkable from this resort and the staff are very friendly and accomodative to most of our requests. All of us loved the breakfast.
