It was a very pleasant stay for my parents and me at Arcadia. The property is very well maintained and the staff are very cooperative and helpful, they were attentive enough to acknowledge all our queries and fulfill every request. Since there were very few guests when we were there, we had to pre-order breakfast. It was ready a little bit later than usual time. One of the items was not fresh, re-heated most likely. In general, food was good. We also enjoyed walking through the tea gardens which was right outside the gates. Plenty of hills and scenic trails to safely enjoy.

It’s location is perfect for those who want to dip in and out of Darjeeling center. Up on a hill, it provides amazing views of the valley when the weather is clear. The rooms are very spacious and the electric blankets are such a luxury in winter. The grounds are lovely with beautiful views and the staff are incredibly helpful, happy to assist us with our questions.
Superb location - the resort is nested within a farm surrounded by tea gardens, away from the hustle and bustle of the Darjeeling mall. The property is clean and well-maintained. The staff (Mr Arun, Mr Pandya, Mr Krishna and others) are fantastic - warm, welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast and other meals from the kitchen are delicious. The bonfires in the evenings are enjoyable!
