We had an amazing stay at Kondai Lip Resort! The serene atmosphere, with lots of birds and beautiful rooms, including open air showers in the bathroom, made it feel like an outdoor paradise. We enjoyed activities like swimming, fishing and paddle boating. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was fantastic, especially the breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, made-to-order omelets and crispy dosas. The boat ride to the resort added a secluded, paradise-like feel. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Great location near the river. The gardens are lovely and nice to be able to walk around the property and along the river. Pool is very good. The staff are very efficient, friendly and helpful. As there is no restaurant, they will assist you in ordering in. They do go out of their way to assist you in anything you may need. Airport pick up and drop off with great driver and vehicle. Breakfast was good. Definitely value for money. The rooms have own entrance. Close to airport.

Very picturesque location overlooking the backwaters, the cottage style rooms is nice with direct access to the wrap around pool, restaurant is good for a resort, the place is airy and nice to unwind.
The resort had a calm atmosphere with facilities such as swimming pool, garden area, play area to name a few. The rooms were comfortable and spacious with good amenities. The staff had provided their best service and made our stay memorable. Special shout out to Mr Bala and the housekeeping team, they did a really good job.
Stay and ambience was Excellent. This stay was worth every single penny. From Check-in at the resort till Check-out everything was seamless and the staffs were friendly, sweet and welcoming even at the restaurant, all were welcoming us with a smile! The Ambience and atmosphere was amazing and quite peaceful and pleasantly clean. Swimming pool was well cleaned as well. Cleanliness was top notch. The Breakfast And Dinner was fabulous and outstanding. I would recommend anyone who would come to visit and experience their hospitality.

The property is beautiful, with a gorgeous pool area. The area is quiet but close to Fort Kochi. I had an amazing head massage at the Ayurvedic spa. However, without a doubt the best aspect is the outstanding service. Everybody is genuinely warm and kind and the professionalism is amongst the best in the luxury hotels in India.
