What was great was how attentive the staff was to our needs from the moment of arrival, particularly since we were only there for a short time and had to leave early. They prepared a special 5:30 am breakfast box for us.

The location was truly wonderful. It was a five minute walk to Betal Batim beach. Sunrise and sunset at the beach is spectacular. The beach itself is very very clean. The staff is very accommodating. Mona at the front desk in particular is very helpful as is the young boy cooking eggs to order at breakfast.

The resort is huge. It used to take me almost 20-30 minutes of paced walking to make one full round. There is greenery everywhere, everything is kept clean all the time. The working staff is polite and work non intrusively and quitely. The beach is clean and beautful. There are a few beach restaurants on either side if you wish to eat outside. The resort also has a restaurant at the beach. A few restaurants are also present outside the resort entry. Eveything from check in to check out was smooth and friendly. Outside taxis were not allowed near the area due to the taxi union so I had to make short notice arrangements at the resort which were fulfilled immediately. Lots of activites are arranged throuhout the day for chidren and adults. Bicyles are availble. Buggy for moving around can also be arranged. Pool area is beautful and big too. Definitely worth a visit.

The rooms were cozy and comfortable, the showers were amazing, and the property had direct beach access with many sun beds set up. They also had live music at the restaurant on the weekend which was really nice. Mayur and his team were extremely friendly, professional, and communicative.

Great little pool area with a swim up bar. Good food and a great atmosphere. Choice of 2 restaurants with one right on the beach with sun loungers and umbrellas. Good bar and food prices. It is a very well run resort and I would love to visit again.
Everything about the property and staff was amazing. From day one we were met by smiling and friendly staff, food was excellent and it is one of the best holidays we have ever had. The resort has an ambience and warm aesthetic that is both peaceful and welcoming. As a solo traveller both working and resting, the staff made every effort to make me feel very comfortable and at home.

Great resort overall. Very helpful staff, great food, nice and clean. We especially enjoyed the food from Mama Miso restaurant. All minor defects in our room were promptly fixed. The pool is great, though it can be tricky to get and install an umbrella. The hotel is right next to the beach, but the beach itself was super empty.
