I had booked this place as it was very close to the BKC area and very affordable. The rooms were clean , beautifully organised and well maintained.The staff were very much friendly and made possible that I had a pleasant stay. I got access to spa as well which was just an added advantage. I would recommend this hotel who are looking for luxury amenities and a pleasant experience.
The staffs are friendly,

Basic hygiene are covered shampoo and soap, towels, coffee, water bottle are fully stocked and replaced
You can smoke outside of the corrider, just throw the butt at the trash

The chefs were absolutely incredible. All of the staff were very friendly, polite and welcoming. The resort is beautiful and the pool is really lovely!
Very close place to the airport, the street location is not that you expect of luxury hotels but its safe. Its good hotel if you traveling on the like me and had no time for long registration and would not stay for long time in it just to wash use toilet and change cloths and put your luggage.
We regularly travel to Mumbai the best part is this time we stayed at Kempinski Kasa de Tourtoise Hotel what an amazing experience we had, nice and clean room amazing pool side view just had a gala time at Country inn by Turtle Hotel and Resort.all my good wishes to the team.
Had a conference at FabHotel Salt Beach Resort , I must saw the food was excellent. Loved the Indian, Chinese and European buffet spread over the 2 days. Chef Virender Bhatt and his team were very accommodating and swift in their service.
As someone who has stayed at various luxury resorts across India, I can say confidently that the service was comparable to the likes of Taj. The staff across the board, from the reception to the bell boys were extremely hospitable and sweet. The rooms were a good size and extremely clean. We got a great deal and I would 100% say that it was value for money. In fact, it was a steal.
