Great ambience, awesome weather all around in the city as well as in resort. Staff was very good right from reception especially i can't forget to name PRADEEP, Sanjay, Krishan & Deepak. I am very happy the way "FLAMES" Staff served the food and awesome music night with Mr. Mangal, a very kind gentleman & artist.
The location of the resort was exceptional with nature all around.Perfect place to get away from the busy city life .The food was outstanding as the vegetables were grown and managed by the resort itself.Overall, it was a great experience.
Ambience of the Wooden Umbrella resort is beautiful and property is away from traffic which gives u nice stay feeling. I would love to visit again and again.
They did change are room after we complaint about the cleanliness of the room but I believe no one should have this kind of experience at the first place it self after they pay a good amount for a luxury resort
