The location was truly wonderful. It was a five minute walk to Betal Batim beach. Sunrise and sunset at the beach is spectacular. The beach itself is very very clean. The staff is very accommodating. Mona at the front desk in particular is very helpful as is the young boy cooking eggs to order at breakfast.

The resort is huge. It used to take me almost 20-30 minutes of paced walking to make one full round. There is greenery everywhere, everything is kept clean all the time. The working staff is polite and work non intrusively and quitely. The beach is clean and beautful. There are a few beach restaurants on either side if you wish to eat outside. The resort also has a restaurant at the beach. A few restaurants are also present outside the resort entry. Eveything from check in to check out was smooth and friendly. Outside taxis were not allowed near the area due to the taxi union so I had to make short notice arrangements at the resort which were fulfilled immediately. Lots of activites are arranged throuhout the day for chidren and adults. Bicyles are availble. Buggy for moving around can also be arranged. Pool area is beautful and big too. Definitely worth a visit.

I did not like any thing either the resort doesnot have a good staff, they don't even treat customers as guests , Basic common sense doesn't have to behave , food is very bad & very very expensive.
Not at worth for money
Ok spread but very limited. Nothing great to talk abt. For 600-700 rs, I have taster better breakfast buffet in other 3 stars hotel and resorts in Goa with similar value.
Nothing in the recreation areas, TT table broken from side to fix the net, no fans in open recreation areas, justa tin kind of shade.
The resort was great and had everything we needed! The staff were super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the stay so much we are re-booking for our next visit!
The room was clean and the resort is beautiful and well maintained. It's also right next to a beautiful and secluded beach, which is very clean as well, and very different from other Goa beaches.
