I don't want to be complaining but the attitude of owner/staff weren't helpful and they were not accommodative to guest request and ease out difficult situations.
I felt rejuvenated throughout my stay at Belle Maison in Alibaug. This small hideaway, with a tropical atmosphere all around, provided a peaceful diversion from our hectic schedule. Every moment was made unforgettable by the lovely ambiance, delectable food, and warm welcome of the property staff. It was the ideal fusion of luxury and scenic beauty.

Shivai holiday home is a wonderful homestay for a private peaceful holiday the staff who run the resort are incredibly friendly and warm and go out their way to make you comfortable would definitely recommend this resort for anyone looking for a memorable holiday.
Everything, the location was offbeat, away from the sea but quiet and full of greens around. Loved the food of whatever was available. Few dishes may not be available in the menu, but whatever was available we loved it. Room was clean, pool was clean. Had fun in the swings. The game room was big but had only carrom and dart board. There is indoor cricket play area too. The whole site was maintained beautiful.. felt worth spending the amount, though felt 1 day stay was quite short to enjoy it to the fullest. Also it is a good family resort
It’s a lovely property. Very close to nature. Looks exactly like the pictures. The staff is really lovely and helpful. The welcome with the aarti and cold towels was what you would expect at a luxury resort. My family really enjoyed the stay.
