Incredible service from the staff! All of them were so warm and always smiling. I really loved the size of the room and how clean it was! The resort provides lots of activities to keep you engaged, rain or shine, with quite a number of complimentary activities too (eg yoga). The spa was also very good. Very memorable experience.

The resort was a peaceful getaway and all of the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. While it took an hour to get to the resort via car from the ferry terminal, the hotel staff assisted us with transport arrangements and it was a smooth ride all the way! The food at the resort restaurant was great (the a la carte buffet breakfast was wonderful) and the beach access was convenient. The rooms were cosy, with air conditioning if needed.
The hotel was easy to communicate with to organise a pick up/drop off for the ferry. The resort grounds are beautiful and the beach is warm, clean, and calm. The one restaurant had a really good selection of food (including vegetarian), breakfast had lots of options and was filling and delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was basic, but clean and comfortable. Such a relaxing place to stay; however, there was also water sport equipment if wanted.
Exceptionally good staffs, very good food. its real adventure resort for kids with Canoeing, Rock climbing, flying fox, coconut tree climbing, fall from boat in the sea with net protection, volleyball, football. kids were fully enjoying all outdoor activities. They managed to survive days without TV & WIFI. Surrounded by tress so expect small insects.
Trikora beach club and resort is a truly wonderful escape. An absolutely amazing place with beautiful views in every direction. I can’t recommend this place enough. We will be back to visit again. Thanks to all the amazing staff.
We had a great stay and the resort was mostly empty despite the long weekend/public holiday. We could enjoy the beach, the pool and the restaurant in total peace. Excellent massage at the SPA. Reasonable prices at the restaurant and good food. Outstanding service level by the staff, particularly Dadan.
