Staff was very helpful/friendly and addressed all my requests or go beyond
Property is not very large therefore you feel truly as a guest, there is no hassle for sunbed, dinner table etc
Regular room is clean with couch in balcony and a very high ceiling.
Food and drinks were delicious with many options.
Tours are available to fill the days.
Sea and beach is clean(do not expect a turquoise sea as it is open water, it is more suitable for surfing still not so bad), would recommend taking tour to Gillis for snorkeling…

We are still glowing from our week-long stay at the Chandi. We loved everything about this boutique hotel. The villas are pretty and very comfortable. The outside bathroom was amazing (and still very private). From our front porch we could enjoy an amazing view of the ocean while soaking up the lush greenery of the gorgeous garden. The pool was refreshing and there were always sunbeds available. These were so comfortable! The staff were very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfasts in the restaurant (with a fabulous view). A check off breakfast menu was provided, and if you wanted more the staff was only too happy to bring it. The fresh juices and fruits were simply amazing. We also enjoyed several dinners in the restaurant. The prices were fair and the food very tasty. We especially enjoyed the barbecue evenings.
The spa was also a treat. The massages were affordable and really wonderful. We also booked several outings through the hotel. All of them were wonderful from snorkeling in the secret Gillis to hiking to Tiu Kelep.
The beach at the hotel is not one of the legendary white beaches with crystal clear blue water. But we knew this ahead of time. The ocean was still good for swimming (with beach shoes). The hotel is centrally located for many excursions and beautiful beaches are close by. The peacefulness and beauty of the hotel itself made up for the beach.

Beautiful accommodation, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was really good.
The staff was friendly and helped us organize a driver to the airport and arranged scooter rental. There are a couple of good restaurants nearby.

This is a little paradise. You wouldn’t want to share the address to make sure you keep it for yourself 😋. First of all, the staff was literally amazing. Everyone will do everything they could to make your stay memorable. The place is gorgeous, and we are keeping wonderful memories from Seven Secrets.
All the family enjoyed the atmosphere, breakfast and tea time that were delicious. We’ve tested the spa and it was one of the best massage I had in my 5 weeks trip in Indonesia 😁. The room was cleaned twice a day. The beds are comfortable and the amenities were as described.

This resort is located in a great area at the beach. The poolvillas with direct pool access are fantastic when you are with 4 people (same price as 2 standard hotel rooms); book a poolvilla or nothing. All facilities are a bit worn down but it certainly has not lost its charm. Staff gets an A+ for friendliness and their smiles.
The resort facilities including the views in general were marvelous and the hospitality was welcoming and very attentive to our needs.
Widya and Komang really helped with the arrangements of our anniversary celebration. Also Nitya ensures that our transportation arrangements are flawless.

Just like others have mentioned the staff are very attentive .From the gardening crew , housekeeping that were excellent, pool cleaning and restaurant staff were always cheerful and friendly.

Outstanding service and food. So flexible with food for our baby as well. I have never been to a tropical resort with such amazing food. Selection was fantastic and the mix between western and asian food just the best. The views every day are brilliant, sunrise and sunset. Very convenient layout of hotel especially with smaller kids.
The resort is a sprawling beachfront estate. It has an old world charm and luxury about it. High ceilings, natural wood and stone everywhere. Beautiful from the outside. Quiet and peaceful environment. Front desk and restaurant staff are professional, friendly and confident in their work.
