I love this hotel. Kudos to the professional but friendly hotel staff. I also love the hotel room and the view from our balcony. The restaurant, the view from the lobby, the facilities, the pine forest, the club huis, the lake house, the mini golf course, the mini zoo.... They were all superb!

Shortlisted a few resorts and hotel for stay in Puncak and finally decided on The Botanica Sanctuary. Easily, one of the best decisions I have made for this holiday. Hotel was close to Taman Safari. It is very very clean and has a great view. Room was big, bed was very comfortable. Staffs were very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast spread was very sumptuous! Please keep it up. Will definitely stay here again if we come to Puncak again for holiday.
If it's about the ambiance, it's definitely the best because we were indeed looking for a natural atmosphere, staying in the forest like Safari Resort...especially with the sound of siamang monkeys waking us up in the morning. However, there needs to be an interior upgrade for the Caravan type, as it can still be upgraded to a more modern or contemporary caravan. Maybe the Zebra and Tree House types have already received upgrades, but overall, we are quite satisfied, for the breakfast is quite delicious and varied.
Stunning view and lovely green pine forest. We also love the garden villa setting. Three bedroom villa was spacious and clean. Warm pool for kids at the hotel, petting zoo, playground and children games perfect for toddlers on holidays. Free shuttle from villa to hotel. Though comes as additional and not included in villa package, we thought breakfast at the hotel was great and abundant. Overall good resort experience for family with young children.
I feel like stay in the middle of forest but comfy room.
I can see many animals around the resort area.
