The property is clean and well-maintained. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and air-con works well. The breakfast menu is wide enough, quality is quite standard. The egg station can be improved to provide omelette with onions, tomato, cheese, etc.

Though I booked it pretty last minute and didn't notify them on my arrival time, we managed to arrange for a complimentary shuttle drive in a 7 seater car from Sekupang Harbour to the hotel lobby. The 5 minutes drive gave us an idea of the location and neighbourhood vibes of the resort. It is located away from the bustling city of Nagoya and busy port of Sekupang.
The resort boasts all the amenities you would need for a quiet getaway - local food at the restaurant, western cuisine at the Ombak Bar, Kwan In Temple, in-room massage, not busy poolside, barbecue space. The facilities and rooms are all well spaced, which gives you a good sense of serenity. Buggy service can be called from the room and grab service are also easy to book.
The staff are really thoughtful and attentive. I'm disheartened not to give selected shoutouts - buggy driver, restaurant staffs!
Things to note: we were needed to prepare a 50k IDR or SGD50 deposit for out 2D1N stay that was refunded later.

The family room we booked was great, my 2 kids were able to sleep well and had fun sleeping on the bunk bed. The room was spacious and clean. The resort restaurant had Indian Vegetarian food items as well like Chana Masala, Daal Tadka - the items we ordered and ate with sticky rice - which were still good - given that the chef/location was Indonesia(n).
The restaurant staff was kind and courteous. The hotel does extra things to delight the guests like they had a live music on saturday night dinner timing and a mob flash dance at the breakfast time on Sunday morning - experiences which are unexpected and added nice touch. This was our 3rd time staying at the resort and we may travel again here.

You may request for them to bring you to Turi Beach Resort with their transport for no extra charge as well.
All u expect from a beach resort. Nice beach, clean, friendly staff, lots of space and carefully curated landscape.

The location is at the less touristy area so less hustle and closer to local.
The property is by the beach and has a fantastic marina with a lot of marine life. One can also walk next door to Turi beach resort and use the facilities there, which is a plus.
The service provided at Turi Beach Resort was really good. I was served a chilled glass of lemongrass drink upon my arrival. Overall, I would mention that the resort was very-well maintain. I will definitely consider going back to Turi Beach Resort again.

The staff at Turi Beach Resort are incredible. They are welcoming and kind. Turi beach resort had a very calm atmosphere. We loved relaxing by the Emerald pool. The room is spacious and clean. The food was delicious. We ate so well during our stay. Turi Beach resort has great vegetarian options!
i travelled here for the long weekend with my mom aunt and friend for 2 nights. The resort property is absolutely stunning and the service was amazing. Trust me when I say the staff were tooo kind and made sure everything we needed was provided promptly. We had a shuttle bus from and to the ferry terminal and we also did spa, river cruise and other activities at the Turi Beach resort which is their sister concern but Nongsa point gave us transport to and fro all times. They were kind enough to cater to us at any hour.
