The garden, pool area and whole hotel is just so beautiful! The garden had giant turtles walking around and some weird turkeys. The kids just loved following the turtles on a stroll!
Location is perfect, just a bit off the main road to get a calm stay, but close enough to easily get down to all restaurants.
Staff was amazing and did all they could to make our stay perfect! Very good at listening at our needs and to help out solving thing.

Beautiful modern place to stay. The villa style and layout is a pleasure to behold, the private pool & sunbeds added extra utility to the already balanced living space. The bedroom was very comfortable with tv available. The shower room was one of my favorites, with great water pressure & temperatures. The view from the large bedroom windows were also nice. This is definitely a higher end place to stay yet still affordable. There was a small problem with the safety box but nothing that wasn’t fixed by the property team. A free gym access was also provided, although we didn’t attend, it looked very good. The breakfast was to a very good level, as was the laundry service. The villa staff were exceptional, polite, attentive and very kind, they appealed to all our needs and were timely. I would definitely recommend and also stay again

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They seamlessly helped us organize a scooter and laundry upon arrival. The room was very clean when we arrived and the pool right next to the rooms is a great way to relax after a day of surfing or just being out and about in Kuta. The rooms are also very beautifully decorated; you can tell that a lot of thought went into making the place feel welcoming. I liked that it is very quiet during the day and far removed from the busy streets of Kuta. The sourdough bread and the poached eggs for breakfast were delicious.

A gem of a hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and the beach location was great. The restaurant food was amazing and reasonably priced. Just 10 minutes by car (100,000 IDR each way) to the beautiful Selong Belanak public beach, a fantastic place to learn surfing. Would love to come back.

room- GORGEOUS outdoor bathroom [I find outdoor bathrooms to be a bit hit and miss- these were LUXE as], indoor pretty simple but had great linen/good A.C/TV/fridge and mini bar,
in-room SUPER reasonably priced [for a hotel] massage; the BEST massage Ive had across >10 trips to indo she was AMAZING

THE STAFF- MILA in the restaurant [note was just training] was so kind and a great waitress. The management are hiring many local people- BRILLIANT; including members of the local deaf community who are not in the most front facing positions but I hope in time they will be- regardless HUGE ups for this resort and why we have given our review a 10/10, this is very unique to indonesia from the many hotels we have frequented.

We had the most incredible stay at Telescope Resort. It really became, home away from home. The staff were so kind and caring. I had an injury and they did everything they could to assist and make my life easier. I really can’t thank the staff enough for all they did for us. We originally had a 3 night booking and ended up staying for weeks because we loved it so much. You must stay here while in Lombok
Everything about this place was perfect. Luxury for good value too in the dorms. The pool is amazing the staff are amazing, nicest hostel I’ve ever stayed. A little out of town so a bit quieter. But still walkable. A little bit social if you want it to be but definitely also perfect for someone who wants to escape social hostels
An intimate resort with just six guest apartments, a lovely pool and open and inviting communal dining and sitting area, this was a clean, friendly and relaxing home to come back to at the end of each day. Laurent was a very approachable host and the staff were all very attentive. For two of the three nights we stayed here, we ate ‘in’ and the meals were fabulous, fresh and flavourful. (I especially recommend the prawns and fish…)
Amazing, unique eco resort in Kuta Lombok. The cafe serves incredible food and the yoga classes were the best on the island. Could not have been a more relaxing place to stay following the Rinjani trek!
