We had the most wonderful stay. The location was perfect — in the middle of the jungle and beautifully quiet, but not far from all of the places we wanted to travel to. The staff were amazing! So attentive and quick to respond to any of our requests. The grounds of the hotel are stunning — the lily pond was one of our favourite features and we loved the openness of the dining area to the outdoors. We also loved our room and the private balcony and pool. We had the best spa treatments too and the food served in the restaurant was delicious, especially the mie goreng and the French toast!

Beautiful resort with spectacular views and authentic Balinese architecture. Service was superb and the food even better. Although it’s a bit more remote, we didn’t need anything that the hotel didn’t cater for. If you’re after tranquility to recharge your batteries, this is the place for you. We cannot wait to return.

Travellers who truly “get away from it all” trust resorts to provide the pinnacle of all-inclusive relaxation. Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal onsite amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas or apartments.
This accommodation offers a unique view of Mount Batur and surroundings with the extra of the luxury elements like the net and the bath.
Due to its remote location a few things to eat were included although we didn't know until we got to the cabin, it would have been great if they had advised it before hand.
It was certainly one of the best resorts we noticed in Kintamani, the views were great, staff friendly, very comfortable beds and delicious omelets. Staff helped book our trekking trip to Mt Batur.
Beautiful location, very quiet. The architecture & layout of the facility was stunning. Food was good.
It’s definitely not a negative reflection on the resort, but be prepared for ALOT of cloud/low fog - it made for a very peaceful stay I guess!
The mountain views are great along with the thermal pool. A small town is a 5 minute walk for basic necessities. The community is very friendly.
The room is clean and basic (FYI for those who want a full service resort). The guesthouse is good for R&R and local adventures.
The location was nice, although next to a graveyard makes it a bit spooky. The area is cold an damp, not having a heater in the Joglo was a bit of a downer. I did expect a bit more luxury, it was pretty barren. No TV for example.
The amenities where nice, although the massage services are vastly overpriced.
Great place to hike the Mt Batur hike from! Yuni was the best guide ! Pool is nice, food is ok! It is really a secluded resort if you’re looking for that. Really accommodating
Was it worth the money ? Absolutely!
View waking up was one of the best I've seen in my life. Food was great like in all of Indonesia. Don't expect Luxury - that is not the point of staying near Mt Batur, but for the money we paid. WORTH EVERY PENNY!
It's a small family hotel but with amenities like a big resort! There are two infinity pools facing one side of Mount Batur, for a lovely view , somewhat atypical for the idea westerners have of Bali! The cooking is homemade, still very good! So is the breakfast!
And they helped us organising a trip to see the sunrise up in Mount Batur, a must see in Bali (if you can trek for 600m D+).
5 minutes walk from two competing thermal stations, worth the detour!
