Really beautiful apartment, pristine and clean. The hallway always smells nice like walking into a luxury hotel. Felt like checking into the Luxury Collection. Marin was very responsive. Self check in was super easy. Highly recommended and would definitely return again.
We booked a double room and we got a spacious apartment across the street. The apartment offers more than a budget room. Air condition worked well, it was quiet and clean. We can recommend 100%. Whoever prefers luxury can book the Hilton Hotel around the corner.
The Urban Cukor Suite exceeded our expectations. My family stayed 3 days in this beautiful, spotless accomodation that delighted us by its cleanless, comfort, great decore (fine art paintings), even a touch of luxury. The host, Helena offered an outstanding service, she is very kind and easy to communicate - she did an extra mile to host us earlier than the check in time and we much appreciated it.

Great place to stay. All inclusive, we fell like home. New furnished and good taste of decoration.there is all kinds of pillows towels even shampoo and conditioner. There is play station 4 with games. We had great time here. Close to maksimir park and tram station. Great location. Also there is washing machine and dryer at home. The house holder is kind and friendly. Good communication.
Sufficient location, near the center. Luxury apartment.There's no coffee machine, it's impossible to prepare any kind of coffee.

This is my favorite Zagreb hotel. Probably there are better, with better facilities and in a better shape. But I like coziness, great staff and old style luxury that has passed its peak.
It is very Nice to have a hotel with bell Boys that greet you at the entrance and help you with lauggage and park your car. Receptionists were very friendly and help you with everywish, we even Got warm cookies at Check in. Spa is amazing the view and the staff makes you feel like you are the only one there. The way they take care of it is amazing, cleaing all the Time, making sure we had everything, honestly Better then some spa resorts. We go to Zagreb almost every month and we Will for sure be coming back the next chance we have, thank you.
