the entire resort area is very nice with a lot of facilities provided for all turists of different ages and preferences
location was great - in the middle of the forest and only 7 minutes walk from 3rd entrance to the Plitvice Park, hence a strong recommendation especially for those who plan to visit the park.

We enjoyed our brief stay at Fenomen Plitvice Resort. The grounds are beautiful, with standalone accommodations. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and both were wonderful. The check-in and check-out were easy and the staff very friendly and efficient. Nice place to stay when you visit Plitvice National Park.

This place is like a luxury hotel it is so lovely and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful with very comfy beds and an amazing shower. We had dinner here twice and the food is delicious. I loved how there is an entrance to the lakes very close by and it is not a main entrance so much quieter. There is also a good size TV with free movies and quite a few English speaking channels which was great to chill out with after our long walk on the lakes. I would love to return.
The breakfast was a standard continental self-service in the restaurant area. The Villa we stayed in was spacious and modern. We were set about a 5-minute drive away from the resort itself. The hot tube was big enough for four comfortably, likely six as a squeeze.
I have read some of the reviews and I cannot understand why people expect some 5* hotel features in a secluded mountain cabin in the middle of nowhere. Of course, the facilities are basic, so if you want a hotel resort level, book a hotel. We absolutely loved our stay. The cozy warm Christmas feeling it gave us for those wonderful 2 days was a fairy tale. A big big plus for all the wonderful xmas details and a big plus for being dog friendly. The private waterfall, the fireplace and the outside grill are just awesome.
All the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly,everything exceeded our expectations, room was beautiful. The whole resort is beautifully planed and it has the charm and the atmosphere we were hoping for. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Location was perfect with quick access to the national park.
Staff were amazing - really friendly, answering all our questions and even providing good tips on navigating the park during busy periods.
There were also many facilities on the resort (activities/relaxation area, etc)
This is a beautiful, relaxing resort. The rooms are so comfortable and well organized. We got caught in pouring rain hiking Lake Plitvice and when we arrived at the resort we were able to use the sauna and hot tub. The restaurant is also really nice with a great menu!
