We stayed for 6 days in October and had a wonderful experience. We were upgraded to a room with direct access to the pool from terrace.
The hotel was modern and exceptionally clean, with a friendly and attentive staff. There was a wide variety of high-quality food available, and every evening featured indoor entertainment and a mini club for the kids. Despite it being late October, the weather was pleasant, with temperatures reaching up to 25°C. While the pool area was warm, the outdoor pools were a bit cold. However, children are allowed in the indoor, heated spa pool daily from 1-3 PM, which was a great option for families. We will come back next year in September to enjoy it to the utmost.

Great alcohol selection. Many pools and easy beach access. There are ~8 different restaurants which offer wide variety of dishes. The hotel try to provide the best service the can even during rush hours. The pool and beach area were very clean.

In the first place, hotel was very clean and well organized. Foods are good enough, pools and the beach were perfect. But most impressive thing was friendly, helpfull and smiling hotel staff. They were really really good in their job !

The food is varied. The renovated rooms are great. The staff is very friendly. The sea is very clean. The location is great, away from the hustle and bustle. There is a bus to Kardamena.

Great comfortable apartment with a nice helpful host. Ideal as a overnight stay to /from airport. Mastihari was a surprisingly nice beach resort with great sunsets.
Excellent Resort. They do everything they can to make it as easy as possible. Great facilities. Clean. Daily activities for adults and kids. 5 restaurants inside the resort. My kids only left the resort once in 5 days as there was so much for them to do. Breakfast was fantastic too.

Early May we stayed at this resort style hotel with three families. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The accommodations were completely to our satisfaction. The food offered was exceptional for an all-inclusive stay. The presentation, cleanliness and service was beyond expectations. To get around you need a car rental. Smy Kos has two pools and a beach; all very well equipped. The water was cold so we did not get in much. We really recommend this hotel offering great value for money.
