We loved the resort and the grounds which are steps away from the spectacular warm ocean. The food was exceptional, the breakfast plentiful, varied and truly something for everybody’s needs. I can’t say enough to describe adequately the service which was amazing. The hosts and hostesses were outstanding and so very friendly. The grounds, ocean and and variety of services was superb! If I could give the Grecotel la Riviera six stars I would!

The breakfast was a really nice spread filled with fresh fruit, vegetables, dessert, pastries, cheese, meats, yogurt, eggs, sausage, Greek pies and a large amount of fresh pastries, & bread. Along with coffee, tea, juice stations
The food overall were very large portions. All of the staff was amazing. 2 min walk to the beach. Grounds were very well kept including the room cleaning and pools.
I was able to book a stop at Olympia for the museum when I departed, that was lovely as well.

Absolutely amazing in every way. Clean, beautiful room, services like golf buggy transport running like clockwork. Attentive, speedy and efficient staff. First time with a private pool and it was glorious! Particularly grateful to the amazing guy on the front desk who sorted getting my phone to me in a taxi when I’d left it in the room!

Position great, staff is awesome. It is 30 minutes drive from breathtaking places and just in the perfect spot if you looking for relaxation without traveling anywhere.Very good internet and air conditioning. Breakfast and amenities were also top notch.

When we complained about the room, we got an upgrade. I also like how the manager wanted to manage the complaint and the effort he put on it.
We liked all the pools, pine forest near the beach, sea, evening culture program (even it was a bit outdated), views.
Upgraded room was fair enough, I expected better cosmetic as this is 5 start hotels. I like fridge service, too.
Travelers who really want to “get away from it all” trust resorts to provide the pinnacle of all-inclusive relaxation. Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal on-site amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions, and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas, or apartments.
Nice rooms and fabulous quiet pool with lots of beds, towels and shade. A little further from beach but tbh the beach is a bit of a trek in any case up and down many sets of stairs. However, there's a cart that will take you anywhere in the resort so not really an issue. Great water park!!

The location is really amazing, with excellent facilities. Very clean and comfy room. The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. The food was very good in the main restaurant, while the other restaurants which require booking were really awesome. The water park is great for the kids while there are many other activities and sports they can do too. You can never be bored in this resort.

Great location and with all facilities you need for a good family holiday time. The food and cocktails were good despite the all inclusive and the staff is very attentious and polite doing very well considering the amount of work they have.
The Ilia’s Palms is a 3 star with access to better facilities at the broader complex. It was quite obviously the poorer cousin in the resort and in need of TLC. I’m saying this there has been genuine effort in allowing people to use the pools, restaurants and beach etc which was very pleasant. Transfers, half board and aqua park are definitely bonuses. Views at main hotel were incredible. To us the best part of the hotel were the staff. Hard working, kind and welcoming. Well done.
everything is very old, it needs renovation, it’s dirty everywhere. We had to move to a different hotel not to ruin our vacation. I don’t recommend to stay there until they make a renovation! breakfast wasn’t tasty. in the pool there are holes between the pool and the ground, so kids can easily fall down. the only good thing is beach! but it’s one for all the resort not only for the hotel
