We had a really nice stay at this hotel! The staff truly made our experience memorable, especially the hotel manager, who was always available and quick to assist us with any issues. Their kindness and attentiveness were evident across all areas—from the reception to the restaurants and breakfast. We couldn’t get a late check out because the property was fully booked but we were invited for a lunch on our last day! We found it really nice and attentive, we were so glad about it.
The property itself is beautifully maintained, and we loved the wide variety of delicious options at breakfast each morning. The beach was a highlight, with its soft sand and clear water, making it the perfect spot to relax. Overall, we had an amazing time. We would recommend the hotel more for families because there really are a lot of children around and there are no adults only parts.
We also got a little goodbye present with olive oil and honey from Crete, it was so kind!
The activities in the hotel are simply amazing! We took part in a 2h pottery class with a local potter, we loved it so much. They offer really cool stuff, such as yoga, cooking class, vegetable planting etc.
We had a great time in the spa (golden body treatment) and Ioana had magic hands! My skin was so soft and all the tension went away after the massage.

We loved every minute of our stay. From the minute we walked in, we loved it. I believe it is the most beautiful reception I have ever seen - the ocean as a backdrop is just picture perfect. The lobby smelled amazing and we were welcomed in the most hospitable manner. The service was outstanding - it was more than the usual friendly and polite service, everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of. They service we experienced was true hospitality with heart.
The breakfast had the most amazing selection. The views all around the resort are incredible - starting from the lobby, to the room, to the pool, we loved that you could see the ocean from almost every angle.
Pictures do not do the resort justice - it is so much more stunning in reality.

Fantastic location overlooking beach, great pools.Plenty of good eateries very close. Main town within easy bus ride. Tour operator 100 meters from hotel to book excursions. Just an enjoyable not overcrowded holiday destination. Small boutique resort.Highly recommend.
This hotel is unreal. The room was huge, it had its own pool and everything you need. It is completely luxury. Magda and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. It was a nice relaxed environment perfect for a peaceful get away. Waking up to the sea view was amazing. The breakfast delivered to your room was also a nice touch. Beautiful small hotel, across the road from the beach and also has a good sized pool. Ideal for a relaxing family holiday. All inclusive food and drinks was lovely and great choice. The staff were all amazing and very friendly. There are shops close by but the main shopping area and restaurants are about a 15 minute walk along the prom. But if you want a relaxing holiday you have everything you need on your doorstep.
I will be returning again in the future.
My family and I (including a small child) were looking for accommodation east of Heraklion away from the main tourist resorts and this met our expectations. Excellent location (we had a room with sea view), a short walk to the beaches, one of which was covered by a breakwater, a shop and a good restaurants basically downstairs. The owner addressed all our needs immediately and without the slightest problem. Excellent value for money from our point of view.
