Quiet and luxurious resort. Although high season it felt spacious and quiet. We were upgraded to a villa which was exceptionally beautiful and comfortable. Took us some time to find our way around but buggy cars are always available. Customer service is of the highest quality. In contrast to previous reviews, food on the half board option was very good and varied. The private pool was the jewel in the crown and we enjoyed it day and night. Used our rental car to tour around and had great shopping in Agios Nikolaos and fun canyoning in Sarakinas gorge. I found the eastern part and coast of Crete much more to my liking. Definitely would come back and stay longer

Wonderful location with views of the sea and Spinalonga Island. We walked each evening the ten minutes to Plaka village for dinner. The breakfast was amazing! every possible need catered for, from cereal, fresh fruit bar, yoghurts, many types of bread, pastries, cakes, waffles, pancakes, hot food, juices, prosecco! Staff were lovely!
wonderful poolside bar for lunch, great food and cocktails! Made use of the gym to account for all the excellent food!
The accommodation was very clean, attended to daily as was our little pool. Proper coffee machine, fridge, water provided daily. The accommodation was on many levels to optimise the views, a cable car is provided to take you up. We rode on it to take in the view from the top!

Location and the staff. Everybody is very friendly and nice. ...except the manager guy at breakfast. He has a weird over-friendly style. The restaurants were very good.

Check in, check out and location: Greeted with a wonderful, stress-free check-in experience. Everything was clearly explained at the beginning. Location is wonderful- around 15 minutes walk from the town of Elounda, with fantastic views over Elounda Bay and Spinalonga Island. Check-out was also a pleasant, stress-free experience. Very pleasantly surprised by a lovely little ornamental gift from the staff upon departure- very thoughtful.
Food: nice variety of tasty food at the buffet. A-la-carte sushi restaurant was absolutely top-notch. Highly recommended.
Room: spacious, clean, well-equipped/supplied and with a lovely balcony with a view over the bay (Sapphire Nest room type).
Staff: wonderful on all counts- really friendly, helpful people.
Amenities: private beach was great for spending the afternoons relaxing, especially great with the bar on the beach. Gym facilities are excellent- very well equipped. Grab&Go drinks fridge (basically a fridge full of soft drinks you can help yourself to) is a useful concept!

A great selection of food for breakfast and dinner (half board). The rooms were super stylish and comfortable. The service from the staff was amazing and everyone always greeted you with a smile. The staff were happy to help with extras such as bike hire. A great 10 minute massage for me and my fiancé as it was included in our booking. A private pool went down a treat with the hot weather! A well kept and clean resort. Would visit again! A perfect resort for couples.
Our room was beautiful. I booked for the studio with jacuzzi and see view. The room was large and very nice decorated, also the terrace was big and also had two sun-beds. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I love every corner of the resort and definitely would come back. The breakfast and dinners were amazing. We really loved our staying at Elounda.

Really nice pool and sea area with plenty of loungers. Despite being a resort it was very chic and tastefully done. The sea was beautiful to swim in. Our room was upgraded and despite being in the standard bungalows it was a very large room with a comfortable bed. The spa was very nice but quite expensive and there isn’t free usage of the sauna etc. Breakfast was also very varied - omelette station, etc. Also importantly I was pleased with all the environmentally friendly steps they’d taken
The facilities at the resort are excellent for families. Great pools and slides, and then plenty of extra activities organised each day as well as the play area. Also very close to Elounda which has great restaurants.
Really nice spot where to sleep in Plaka if you don't want to spend thousands of € in a Luxury Resort or Villa! The owners are really sweet and helpful! The price/quality ratio is really high! The apartments are spacious and nice, with views to the Mirabello Bay. Location is perfect, right in the middle of Plaka in front of the island of Spinalonga!
