Firstly, the staff and service are what truly shine in this hotel. Everyone, from servers, receptionist to cleaning staff was polite, greets you nicely and reaches out to help when needed.
Secondly, the buildings and surroundings are well kept and look nice, with beautiful flowers and trees spread around the premises. The main pool area is great with very nice quality seats and cabanas. This, combined with other guests being frankly older, made for a much more calm and relaxing experience, in contrast to some other hotels where the noise and bustling sounds are more pronounced.
Finally I would like to extend my gratitude to the management for arranging an upgrade for me and my family to a villa, so that we could more conveniently spend time together on this trip.

The hotel was well situated to access the resort. The pool was a good temperature to get in and cool down in. The people behind the reception and bar were really friendly and helpful.
Since the moment you walk in you are greeted in whe warmest way possible! We had such an incredible stay, from the room, to the location in Balíon to the incredible and tasty meals!

Everything! So clean, beautiful rooms, lovely pool , beautiful views, nice food, extremely helpful, wonderful staff especially Stelios who is fantastic! There's a little land train 5 min walk away that takes you to the shops and beaches every hour at 9:30 onwards. You can go to the sister Hotel, Filion, for evening entertainment and use the all inclusive there too.

The hotel is cosy, nice, calm. Food is delicious. All inclusive makes the stay pleasant. You can also spend time in Filion Hotel, that is 15 minutes away, and has evening enterteinment. But all you need you have in T Hotel.

Staff are fabulous. lovely views from the restaurant to Bali which is a great little beach resort. food was good and plentiful. Pool bar had a great vibe and we had a villa with a pool which was gorgeous .
Good comfortable & friendly hotel. Good all inclusive food & beverage. Located in a lovely quiet and very remote area, so good for poolside relaxing holiday. You won't get the Cretan experience unless you venture outside of the resort. Shuttle bus is available down to Bali. We would stay again.
