The facilities were very good, with one main pool and two smaller pools. The hotel has its own substantial, sandy beach. The food is very good with a good selection of restaurants/snack bars at lunch time and to a slightly lesser extent in the evening. The staff are all friendly and helpful, reflecting the fact that it is a family run hotel.

Nothing much I can add to previous reviews so just a quick note re buses. To get to town or onwards to the airport you need to get bus number 1. To return from the airport or town you need bus number 6. Both stop just outside the hotel. You can by tickets in the hotel shop of for about a euro extra you can buy them on the bus.

Arina Beach was clean and comfortable, with great facilities for kids. The food was incredible, great options each night and cooked the food cooked fresh. Good evening entertainment for both kids and adults. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return

There is a lot of things to mention, first of all it’s the stuff friendliness and hospitality, we got a few gifts which we didn’t expect. We had a great suit which looked even better in real life than on photos. The location is good too, not too far from Heraklion where we landed.

The location of The Santo George Beach Resort is something special, it's like in the middle of the beach.

Nice rooms, very clean, lovely beach. Friendly staff. The hotel wasn't too big like the other all-inclusive ones but still had enough to offer and had a friendly vibe which is not usually the case for all inclusive hotels.
Everything perfect. We had a room with shared pool that gave us the possibility to join the resort's activities but also having our privacy and spaces when needed. Very good offer for the all inclusive formula (quality and variety). Staff extremely kind and supportive.
The staff was incredibly nice and genuinely work hard to make your stay nice. They went above and beyond several times if there was any issue or inconvenience. The hotel is perfect for families that want an affordable all inclusive resort that could be anywhere. The family room was spacious with a separate area for kids. The spa was fantastic!
The lady at reception was really friendly and helpful. The hotel was really close to the beach and you could use the pool and the sunbeds of a sister resort - Enorme Teatro Beach Resort, so it is quite a good value for money. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The area was rather quiet, not too crowded with the people. Generally, we enjoyed our stay.
The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The bungalows are spacious and clean. If you are after an all-inclusive package, this place is great. We had the breakfast only option, and the buffet was extensive. The resort is close to cafes and restaurants and local transport. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
A perfect resort for a perfect beach vacation providing luxury, comfort and convenience. Perfect for both family and couples or even solo stay. The resort location offers a picturesque view of the beautiful Aegean sea. The breakfast buffet was delicious, we enjoyed the vegetarian options.
I stayed in the bungalow with a garden view. Though the room was a bit smaller than expected, the view was super nice and calm.
The staff was also very nice and friendly.
1. Food is excellent. 2. The area is airy with plenty of space, 3. No fihting for a sunbed or a place at the table. 4. No waiting for supplementing of food or cutlery. 5. The staff everywhere (reception desk, restaurants, bars, service room...) is nice and prompt. 6. Quiet place in spite of families with children. 7. The resort has a well-developed concept of sustainability (except towells - see below.). 8. The guests also accepted the rules of sustainability, no unnecessary waste of food in the all-inclusive concept.
