We stayed there because of the history of the place and to explore the abandoned resorts of Tskaltubo. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The house is exceptionally clean and comfortable, making it ideal for a small family, whether for a vacation or a long-term stay. It comes fully furnished and is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with local grocery shops nearby. Additionally, it's just a 10-minute walk from the famous Tskaltubo Park and resort area. The host is very helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay.

It's a calm place, not far away from Kutaisi (10 km). There's a Tskaltubo Spring resort in a 20-minute walk. I had a bike with me, and it's a wonderful place for XC or Gravel biking. Cozy small house with everything you need. Very calm street, the house is located. I spent an excellent time during my one-month stay in Gogia. It siuts for one or a couple! And of course, that is 🍷Wine)))!

Spotless and new. Great amenities (unlimited and immediate hot water is a luxury for this price in Georgia). Nice host. Quiet. Easy to reach by car. Private parking inside the fenced yard.

A very nice hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. They drove us to the restaurant in Tskaktubo and picked us up for free. Very well organised. You should ask for a massage 💆‍♀️ , a lovely lady named Tsira is a professional masseuse, it was a shame that at a spa resort massage service was not offered and I had to ask for it myself at the reception. Do not miss this relaxing experience with Tsira.

Located in a calm hill, you're ready to explore Tskaltubo (30min walk) with a beautiful pool waiting for your return. The owner is such a sweet guy, always ready to help with the only goal to please you. It's a family hotel, so happy screaming kids may encounter you. Breakfast is good but don't expect the great luxury like you would expect if you see the pictures of the hotel.

Nice stay with village prons: nature, a lot of domestic animals nearby, beautiful garden. It was possible to cook outside in the pavilion, 5 m away. TV channels. About 2 km to reach TetraCave or Spring water Resort 2.

It was one of the best places we stayed in Georgia. The owner was an extremely nice lady who helped us a lot to get around and told us many interesting facts about tskaltubo. The resort was organized, clean and so beautiful with a full on set kitchen, BBQ area, pool, bar and much more. We would always come back to this gem.

Absolutely wonderful experience that inspired much nostalgia - one should certainly spend a night here if they are interested in retrospective/historic (such as Soviet) remnants. The resort is a renovated sanatorium previously dedicated to the military. There is also a concert hall, museum, and Stalin’s old room on site - which you can request to visit as a guest.

If you expect to land in a 21st century spa then Tskaltubo Spa Resort isn’t for you. It is a bit worn and torn with weird Soviet-style breakfast service. However, it is the only (partially) renovated spa hotel in Tskaltubo, Stalin’s favourite destination that hosted 25+ bathhouses in its heyday. We went there to experience the grandeur that once was and that’s exactly what we got.
