In the summer, the view is breathtaking, the ambiance is refreshing, and I regard it as an exceptional resort. Numerous services are available in the vicinity. I discovered bakeries, grocery stores, traditional Georgian cuisine, and halal restaurants. Additionally, the hotel is situated in close proximity to a park and a children's play area. Gogi, the receptionist, was exceedingly accommodating and extended us several offers. I am satisfied with this experience and would recommend it to anyone. Many Arabs were present at the hotel today.
The place is magical! Everything is clean, quiet! A few minutes' drive from the city. The owner of the place is a super nice person, he explained to us about the place and told us what to see nearby. If you come in winter there is a ski resort not far away. We would definitely love to go back there again!
I recently stayed 4 nights at Borjomi Likani Health and Spa Centre and it was amazing. The rooms are luxurious and cozy, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The location is great for both fun and relaxation, near beautiful and historic places. Just a heads up, it's quite pricey. One downside was limited access to some bridges and a historical villa. But, the food was good. I highly recommend it for a luxury stay, but it might not be the best for New Year's celebrations as the event organization wasn't great.
Frankly speaking, we enjoyed this more than beautiful place, a safe place, no disturbance, and the highest level of cleanliness, and this is the most important thing. Levani ❤️ This person is very respectful and friendly and wants the comfort of the guest. Thank you to this family that hosted us and welcomed us. Frankly, without hesitation, I advise my Arab brothers in this. Beautiful resort
The spa was excellent. Breakfast needs to be updated on a regular basis as it's very similar every day. The room was good but needs to be cleaned better than what it was. Most of the staff at this resort need to undertake refresher training in customer service, as they need to be reminded that they are there for the guests and to be helpful, supportive and courteous.
This is a genuine luxury hotel. Everything was very professional as you would expect at a top end establishment. Pool is huge. We are generally not luxury travelers and decided to pamper ourselves for one night and feel we got w what we paid for. Expansive grounds to wander.
Excellent cozy place, located in the heart of the resort, with friendly and helpful owners, very comfortable rooms. We stayed for 10 days feeling as being at home. Perhaps the best price/quality ratio for family hotels. Incredibly clean rooms with all necessary equipment. There is a shared kitchen as well. At least 4 café-restaurants with delicious cuisine in 5 min walk distance. Highly recommend both for short and long stay!
The location and the park only , and Mr Beka reception on duty shift Manager he was so nice and he is the best person I met in the resort , he has good leadership, interaction skill and good communication with guests.
