Website said continental breakfast included. To be told on arrival there wasn’t due to building work being carried out. Television signal bad. Shower had dirty grouting shabby shower tray water was Luke warm. Curtains were not black out so light coming through. No discount offered despite not getting what website said. Would only use again if a last

Guy on reception very friendly,hotel close to beach/arcades/pier etc,nice clean bed and towels,kettle in room with stuff to make a drink,tv,toilet roll provided and mini soaps/shampoo in bathroom,overall ok budget hotel good stay for the money not for those that expect luxury
The host was very accommodating after our original accommodation cancelled us on arrival! The house was absolutely stunning, had everything we needed for our stay. The hot tub was an added level of luxury, definitely great value for money. Hopefully will be coming back again on our next visit.
The hotel was extremely clean. Staff were very friendly. Very good that you can use the facilities in the Park Dean caravan resort although we didn't on this trip.
