Amanda is a brilliant host, who goes above and beyond to help you in any way she can. The breakfast was excellent. The vibe is relaxed and homely. Amanda allowed us to book in a little earlier than we should have and we truly appreciated her kindness. The bedding was lovely and there is a wide variety of viewing selections on the TV. There are tea and coffee facilities, which we always appreciate. Park across the road and bus stop close by. The bathroom connected to our room was big, bright and had a large, luxury bath.... lovely.

Location. I didn’t eat or use the bar area but this was available and looked like a good service. The staff were very nice, attentive, welcoming and answered my few questions well. It was surprisingly quiet with the window shut and there was a fan available in the room which was an unexpected “luxury “.

The staff were amazing and made us feel so at home. They made it feel like old-fashioned luxury. Nothing was too much for them

The property was supposed to be luxury there were old mattresses against lampposts in the parking area, the door entry to the apartment didn't work, the door had already got a chunk taken out of it, probably from a previous disgruntled person. Nobody answered the call when I tried to phone so ended up booking into park in through booking.com which was fine

Discovered by accident and the staff, food, service, rooms were absolutely fantastic. A wonderful hidden gem, luxurious, charming and of the highest quality. The Manger, Danielle Barrington who looked after during my stay is very professional, engaging and made my stay very special over 2 seperate periods. Outstanding service and a touch of class.
