Spa facilities included in the cost. Amazing breakfast included - lots of home made products. Described as luxury artisan. Definitely filled you up. The hotel was large but never felt crowded. Car parking on site free. The weather wasn't great while we were visiting but we made use of pools
It was so welcoming and staff were amazing. It was really like a holiday resort. Really nice hotel. The view was breathtaking and parking was always available. Love my view of surfing while relaxing with a drink.

We spent three nights at Lazy Waves B&B. It was a luxury B&B, very clean and well decorated. We got a beautiful room with balcony with a fantastically beautifull 180-degree view of the beach, landscape and the city of Newquay. The breakfast prepared by Dean and Jayne was varied and lovely..
Location was fantastic, activities on site were brilliant for the kids. Both pools were well looked after and clean.
Jade the entertainer and activities lady was superb, she is a credit to the resort, super friendly, fun and always went above and beyond for us.
Was amazing ...felt like we were staying at a spa resort ...boutique hotel we got a really good price for the weekend so wasnt expecting much but i was pleasantly surprised ...bathroom was amazing

The accomadation is self catering so we did our own shopping. Facilities clean and bright easy accesibility and a nice drive to shops and beach resort. Slept really well and outside facility was a nice touch. Thank you!
