Our location was great, we were next to the john paul jones pub, but there was never anyone in it as the prices were highest ive seen at any holiday resort
Property was as described and true to pictures online. It was ideal for 2 people,plenty of room and clean. Enough kitchen facilities for a short stay. Very close to beach but needed to be fit to climb back up .
The resort is very clean. Good parking. We had to bring own towels which was fine.
The accommodation was clean, spacious and very welcoming. The facilities inside the cottage were excellent and provided everything we needed. Comfortable beds and lovely decor. The location at the far end of The Bay resort (near the beach access path) was quiet, peaceful and perfect for walking access to the on-site swimming pool and also the walk down to the beach. The hosts Sean and Ryan have kept the cottage in great condition and we loved it. Thank you!
Location is perfect as a base to explore Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough .
Apartment was very clean and in a quiet location a short walk from the meadow and beach which was lovely for the dogs.
The Bay resort has everything you need and Filey town is easily accessible for take aways etc.

We love filey and usually stay at one of the resorts but they’re a long walk or bus ride away so we wanted somewhere central. Low tide was amazing! I don’t want to spend money on a holiday property that doesn’t feel like they’ve thought about the client and their experience and looking at the photos I knew they had! A designated parking space is a massive plus too! And communication was spot on!
Great location and brilliant resort. Quiet and away from the town but close enough to seaside towns of Filey, Scarborough and Bridlington. Lovely walk to the beach which was very close by. All the staff at the resort and other guests were friendly and helpful. The apartment and the resort was very clean and well maintained. Easy to access the property on arrival using the key box. No need to check in. Amazing, comfy, huge bed and lovely linen. The property accepted our dog which was great and they had dog bowls for him. Very reasonable price.
