I wanted to start the review by saying the Lady Kirsty who messaged us via the property and booking.com was very friendly. The lady on check in was also lovely and so were any staff we came across at the resort. The View was unbelievable and was the saving grace. You had Countryside, water and a city view all rolled into one, so the location was great. The beaches and scenery around the place was breathtaking. The complimentary Waters, biscuits and shampoos were a nice touch also.
