Excellent customer service, attentive and straight to the point. Very impressed at the free of charge upgrade. Gym was about average and pool / sauna were lovely. Resort itself very calm and pretty
The set up of the resort was great. We went as a group of 13 and they managed to get our accommodation close to each other.
We didn't really use the facilities there but was good to know it was all there

Resort is very nice, clean comfortable swimming pool and everything good we enjoyed .take ch2 bus from interchange near to railway station and you reached golf club and than walk for 5 minutes and you got country club resort
This was our third visit and stop at this resort. We chose this resort for location, friendliness, proximity to amenities and facilities both onsite and in nearby Cromer, which we both love. We shall return for a fourth visit soon. We both love the chalet accommodation that suits us both. The chalet, was warm and clean, the bed was very comfy. Plenty of space for two adults to share, no problem. The on-site restaurant, service and the pleasantness of the staff.
Apartment 49, two bedrooms. All rooms very spacious. Big balcony. Plenty of space to entertain. Fully equipped kitchen. Up/down stairs bathrooms. Big comfy beds. Swimming pool, sauna, steam room all very good. Good views from clifftops accessible behind resort. £163 per night great value for multiple occupancy.
Great chalet with sea view and close to rest of family as requested. Very comfortable and we really enjoyed facilities - pool table tennis, badmington and soft play area for baby. The Club restaurant was fantastic the staff so friendly and helpful and great variety of food and drink. All the staff at resort were brilliant so happy to help us in any way and very informative to local area. Loved the cliff top walks into town and along coast.
This was the fourth time we have stayed at this site and the 8th time we have used Diamond Resorts and the standard is always high.Friendly staff, clean accommodation good locations any problems quickly resolved.

Huge studio with well equipped kitchen and modern heating system.
Very clean and well maintained.
Lovely luxury hotel! Very convenient for Cromer but out of the busy centre.
