This is cheap basic accommodation designed for contractors and workers.and is not luxury accommodation. It's a large bedroom with shower room and attached kitchen with no sea view as it's rear of building over shops on main coast road.
Friendly staff clean comfortable room a bit outdated however for the price it was great. Bed was comfy room was warm and clean. Had everything needed for a couple of nights and the breakfast choice in the bar area was great I had a breakfast wrap it was delicious! Also plenty of pub meal choices for the evening. Great location next to bowling alley cinema shops and across from the boating lake. It wasn’t a luxury room but had all we needed and for the price great value
Simply superb. Exceptionally clean, very comfortable bed, great breakfast, lovely hosts. We were in a 5 Star luxury hotel abroad the week before ... the Burlington surpassed them for comfort. When I'm booked for future Cleethorpes gigs, I know where I'll be booking accommodation.
An absolutely beautiful penthouse!. Phil and Laura were so accommodating, communication before our stay was brilliant and very clear.
The location is ideal and lovely large windows to watch the boats.
Fantastically clean!, very comfortable with attention to detail. There wasn't anything we needed. Very spacious, it was a weekend of luxury. I am already looking at dates to book again.

Everything was what I expected. Clean - tidy - easy to find the caravan- car Park at caravan - Haven has alot to offer and a local open top bus from resort into cleethorpes. The beach is clean (10 min) walk from main resort. I would definitely return
A wonderfully relaxing atmosphere, great location, top class food and attentive, friendly staff. On the pricey side, but worth the extra for the luxury stay. On-site parking another major plus. Our room had recently been revamped to a very high standard.
Exceptional B&B from the moment you walk in you get the feeling of luxury & a very warm welcome from your hosts . The room was beautifully designed & very tastefully done . Spotlessly clean throughout . Comfortable bed & quality bedding . Breakfast was excellent with quality products & excellent service again from the hosts . We look forward to returning soon .

We had our own keys and met loads of family and thoroughly enjoyed meeting everyone, what a hidden gem! The property is spotless.
