Helpful staff, clean room plus useful communal space for eating etc. It's a hostel so don't expect luxury but the room was comfortable enough and all the basics were available. Huge bonus is the location in th centre of Cirencester.
I loved the balcony with lake view, breakfast, strawberry G and T and hydro pool. I also liked the dressing gown, slippers and refreshments in the room. The interior decor had a luxury feel with beautiful views. It was a very relaxing stay.

Breakfast was amazing, view from the room amazing, and while we were there the crown restaurant had a 50% off main meal dinner offer!
The resort was beautiful. Everyone that worked there was more than helpful. They provided everything we asked for and they were so polite. The meals were great and the atmosphere is cozy and quaint.
