Absolutely wonderful luxurious pod with the most comfortable bed and excellent facilities. The welcome pack was amazing with local produce and luxury items. The coffee machine was fabulous and everything was perfect. We spent 6 days in Corriegills with perfect weather and sat out every night around the fire pit listening to the sea. Barbara and Andy were so welcoming and helpful with everything and we will definitely be back next year.
The staff were fantastic. They were more than happy to help with questions about the resort and things to do in Arran. We really enjoyed the Executive plus perks (hot tub & lounge area with free soft drinks/snaks). We also love how dog friendly Auchrannie Resort is.
Customer service was 5*, small issue when we arrived was resolved quickly and goodwill gesture offered. Lovely resort, lodge was amazing with hot bath outside. Exceptional scenic views. Would definitely return.
The retreat and resort was stunning. The Aspa was outstanding especially Ruthie who did my massage. She was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Spa facilities, wonderful staff, dressing gown on request :) . Great size spa resort twin room. Lots of lighting options, plenty of very hot water for a bath
the views from the property were top class. when staying in spa resort you had access to the leisure facilities which was an added bonus. everything was clean and tidy and any staff I came across were 10/10
The food was lovely...the leisure facilities in the main hotel is beautiful..choice of treatments great.
Think the older part the hotel is much nicer than the Spa Resort
The service was above and beyond and in my view the best thing about Auchrannie. Although the facilities are fab, the food is tasty and rooms are nice - with brilliant showers! It's the staff who define the luxury factor of this resort.
