Our one lasting impression is just how hard working and curtious they all are but shearer was especially helpful at all times , don’t go if your expecting luxury but this place is old but Clean and TIDY , the room was perfect for a couple and we slept soundly , thanks very much to the hosts for a five star stay , see you soon , Stephen and Nicola Hughes
The moment you step through the door, you meet with a smile and a hello from behind the reception desk, and that's how the entire stay was one of the most friendliest hotels we have ever stayed at ! The Grandchildren loved every moment of it , Great food, Great entertainment, Great accommodation, and situated in the best position in Blackpool forcexploring the resort, thank you to Adam for dropping what he was doing to help park the car in the private garage, and to Oz on our check out,and to all the staff thanks a million .
The room was very nice but for a luxury room not to be able to provide toothpaste on request was a down side. Also break fast was poor no service at all and it was manic.
Enjoyed choice of food in daytime ,as we wernt.on an all inclusive package just bed an breakfast .staff friendly ,location not to far from things we like to do when we visit blackpool
The hotel was clean and the staff were exceptional and tended to our evert needs...
The location is a stone throw away from coral island and the night life..
All inclusive breakfast was delicious will definitely stay again.
It was absolutely amazing dave on the desk was a gentle.an and made us feel so welcome I've never had luxury like it In my life the pe those was out of this world and the smell of cod when I walked in was something to savour I also loved the obstacle course in getting to the stairs climbing over y mobility scooters was just what we needed after a few ears haha
