Good inclusive breakfast. Restaurants in resort were all good. Swimming pool has wave machine which was a bonus. Very spacious accommodation in Woodland Lodge. Lovely walk in nature reserve 5 minutes from lodge.
We love the area/resort and have made an annual pilgrimage for about 8 years now with grandchildren. The resort pool is very handy; some of the leisure/sports facilities are a bit tired and worn, but great to have nonetheless. The restaurant/bar onsite is very welcome. The staff are great.
The whole resort was a little bit dated and could do with being painted , new carpets etc. but overall it was comfortable. Breakfast was fine and we had dinner in two of the restaurants which were both good. Easy to walk down to aviemore Main Street and lots of facilities there and on site.
The resort is great and location into aviemore is just a short walk. The facilities for families is great, lots to do if it’s a rainy day but even more around and about aviemore if the weather is good. Landmark, loch Morlich, Wildlife Centre and loads more.
Brilliant location. Quiet. Nice views of golf resort.
