What a great hotel, the room, balcony, hotel facilities and staff exceeded what I’ve experienced at 5 star luxury resorts. The hotel surroundings were beautiful and it is fantastically located. A 3 min walk to the high street filled with rows of streets and cafes and only 8 minutes walk to Croissette and all the beach clubs. Nadine was exceptionally sweet! They have a sister hotel who we had to pop into and even they were absolutely lovely!
The location is perfect, close to the Croisette. The apartment is spacious in a luxury building that's in a calm environment. You have everything you need for a longer stay.
We were with featival and location is the major factor - flat was close to palaise, but also fiod restaurants; shops; market! Flat itself was veey convient for professionals - we were two together but in the flat we could keep our private space (two bathrooms!). Main luxury was two floors! Kitchen facilities were excellent and you do not need to take anything w you - not
an iron, but also not a sugar for your coffee!

Beautiful modern luxury apartment with very stylish nautical features. Huge living area and 2 spacious bedrooms. Immaculately clean, including the 2 lovely bathrooms and good sized kitchen. Ease of access with fob entry and a lift. Peaceful and airy. Jean-Yves a most helpful and accommodating host. We will be back!
A very pleasant experience at the property. Exceeded our expectations. Truly luxury and amazing attention to detail! Stayed for 5 nights and had apartment cleaned half way through the stay. Catherine was very nice and managed all check-in and check-out process, she was extremely helpful. Communication was outstanding all the way through our stay! Would highly recommend the host to friends and families!

The location was perfect for the beach and the town. We had booked this twice previously, however lockdown on both occasions forced us to cancel. So this time we were please to actually make it to Cannes. And we were not disappointed by the apartment or the host Nicolo, who was really helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sunny Beach Resort to anyone thinking of Cannes for a weekend break or longer.
