We were pleasantly surprised from the moment we arrived. The staff were really helpful and made some recommendations and explained a bit about the city centre. The room was like a little holiday resort apartment. There was a kitchen with everything you need, even a coffee machine. Our room had a sea view which was absolutely beautiful. Would really recommend this hotel for families
Stylish
Right in the centre of town with loads of shops, restaurants, bars, carrefour and the food market, a few minutes walk from the Grand Plage
We had a room on the 2nd floor with a terrace - gorgeous and such a sun trap
We ate dinner at the restaurant while listening to live jazz
Super comfy bed, luxury toiletries by Ortegia and big luxurious bathroom
It has everything you need if you are not into luxury but being so good value it is understandable. There’s everything you need and our room was overlooking the sea. Brilliant !
We had a very enjoyable stay in room 8 which is a family room with 2 bathrooms - a luxury we didn’t expect. The owner was very helpful with lots of advice about where to eat and day trips out of biarritz. She and the rest of her staff were very friendly and welcoming.
A stunning hotel with rich history and modern luxury. The decor is fabulous and all the little details make it unforgettable. The location is excellent - peaceful and secluded, yet a short walk from the town centre. Frenchie serves exquisite food and all the staff were incredibly lovely.
The hotel is in a beautiful Chateau in extensive grounds with a swimming pool. We stayed in the Hunting Lodge and had parking right outside the property. The staff were very friendly and answered all our queries about the room. The hotel is about 3.5 kms outside Biarritz, is very close to the motorway, and easy access to other resorts and the Spanish border. The hotel provides breakfast in the Chateau, a light lunch by the pool with a small dinner menu on the terrace. There are a number of restaurants close by.
Nice location, just in the heart of the resort. There is an elevator and even iron in the room. Also was super cool to see water as a compliment and electric kettle. Could recommend for sure.
The resort grounds are beautiful, well kept and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The proximity to the beach is ideal for a family with young kids. The pool and mini golf are fun too.
