Brilliant location & incredibly family friendly. Great selection of water activities and plenty of eating options. Loved that we could pay as we went rather than be tied in to a meal plan.

Funky Fish Beach & Surf Resort, hotel in Mana Island

Located on Malolo Island and boasting a 200 metre private beach, Funky Fish Beach & Surf Resort features a swimming pool, games room and nightly entertainment.

My partner and I stayed at Funky Fish primarily so I could surf and she could relax and snorkel. The value for money and location is excellent for a chill, rustic, reasonably priced place to stay with all meals included on a nice semi-isolated beach. The staff are excellent, very friendly and accomodating and even hosted us and other guests for an impromptu Kava ceremony with a bunch of locals too. For surfing its ideal and has boats that will take you 20mins to the reef breaks such as Cloudbreak, Restaurants, Nomotu lefts, swimming pools etc. The snorkelling / reef life nearby is amazing too. I would highly recommend for people wanting more budget, friendly and convenient place to stay as opposed to a fancy resort.

Serenity Island Resort, hotel in Mana Island

The absolute beachfront Serenity Island Resort features a bar, a restaurant, and a swimming pool. All accommodation offers beach or garden views. Accommodation options include private Bure.

The staff was absolutely amazing, and welcoming, we had so much laughs and enjoyable time with every one, surely we would come back to this place to see again to see all the beautiful people working there. Snorkeling around the island was breathtaking. Sammy was organising the daily activities, always something to do, he is a very energetic funny crazy guy. Easy to walk around all island, one side to the other, we were able to watch the sunrise on one side and the sunset on the other, absolutely stunning. We even managed to spend a evening with the staff and play volleyball. I strongly recommend this place, to every beach lover.

Great location, convenience of the all inclusive package. Only maximum of ten people at a time, however this does change regularly, so depending on the length of stay you still meet lots of people

The resort was beautiful. We stayed in one of the ocean front bures. We stayed in early March so the resort was pretty empty but I'm sure there is a lot going on during their busy season. The staff was friendly and helpful. Leitia and Nino were awesome.

The location is great. beautiful reef and marine life around the island. You can enjoy the entire day doing snorkeling around the island. The resort has lots of activities and they make sure you are not bored at all. Staff are super friendly and helpfull. In my opinion, the staff are the best part of the resort. The location is what brings us as a family back to Mana year after year. Yes, there are better resorts but it's where it is that overrides a five-star resort on the mainland. The pool is great, the beaches fantastic, and our room was the 2-storey beachfront unit so has heaps of room for four adults. The food can be hit and miss but is slowly improving. This is a beach getaway location in Fiji so it may not be quite what you would expect but all round it is a great family resort.

Everything about this property was amazing. The buffet was plentiful and had a lot to choose from. The location of this resort is perfect, you can swim in clean turquoise waters steps away from your bungalow with beautiful sandy white beach. Our trip was cut short unfortunately due to cyclone Mal so we didn’t get to enjoy everything the resort had to offer. Will have to go back!

Portions sizes for meals were very generous, and a lot of included activities. The entertainment/events were fun to partake in, and the snorkel and kayak hire was greatly appreciated. The reef just off the beach was incredible. Also used the dive shop connected to the resort and it is a must for divers

First time to Mana Island Resort and Spa, we are Survivor TV show fans and wanted to experience where they film the show. The resort was wonderful, great food loving facilities and ample space to explore and see where Survivor is filmed.

The island is beautiful with some activities to do around. The staff is so lovely and want to make sure you have a good time on the island with them. You get to meet the family and they make you feel very welcome. It’s not luxury, not hot water, no wifi, but perfect for a short stay experiencing the local lifestyle
