Super friendly staff who gave us a free room upgrade, lovely rustic rooms, a beautiful setting with mountain views and a pool and hot tub/jacuzzi. The kitchen came with all the basics like oil, salt, sugar etc so if you wanted to prepare your own foods it would be very easy. The location was very central so with a car we could get almost anywhere else in the island in around 20-30 minutes. Instructions were super clear on how to get there and enter the room, though we ended up running into the manager Pepi just leaving when we arrived who made doubly sure we were ok with everything before going home.

The honesty shop is great, although the prices seem a bit out of place. But this happens more & more.
The tower is BEAUTIFUL inside and out.

Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal onsite amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas or apartments.
My family and I stayed at the all-inclusive Vital Class resort, and we really enjoyed every minute of it. We liked the dining options, the nice variety of food, and the sweet treats for kids. We also made use of the indoor pool area and sauna. The outdoor sports facilities were great to have, especially the paddle and tennis courts.
By the end of our stay, we had upgraded to a jacuzzi room and we couldn't have made a better decision. We would definitely stay again.
A great family resort! It was very clean and in a great location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was very good. I would highly recommend it! Beautiful views from the restaurant!
Where to start, an amazing stay with our baby. We went all inclusive and 100% would do this again. The convenience to have all your meals/drinks sorted was a massive bonus. We had our own private pool and dining areas as part of Royal guests. Food was great, pools were amazing, staff were excellent, rooms were full air conditioned and comfortable. Very little to fault with this resort!
Excellent quality of the all inclusive drinks and menú. Food was outstanding, with wide variety of choice, also for those with dietary restrictions. The all-inclusive drinks menu covered also top brands and good quality spirits.
The pool areas were beautiful and wrll kept, and the mellow background music was a very nice touch to create a relaxing atmosphere overall.
Very nice resort, tasty food all day - we had all inclusive, clean swimming pool, modern rooms, very polite personal. From Bastian Beach it is 10 min walking. To Jabillilo beach 20 minutes walking. 5 min from shop. It is a good place to going to trips around the island - 25 mins by car to north and 35 mins to south.
Stayed in a beautiful large suite with separate lounge, kitchen and bedroom and the beds were super comfy. Resort itself was spotless, lots of Sun beds. We stayed all inclusive and the food was varied and delicious. Staff were very friendly.
Royal Level offers some nice benefits with the separate pool and pool bar nice and quiet, albeit exposed to the wind (which often blows in Lanzarote), and the a la carte lunch menu and evening food choices a nice alternative to the standard buffet arrangement in most all-inclusive resorts.
