Villas Marinas are conveniently located at east border of Playa Blanca area close to local shopping centre, restaurants and bus station if you wish to take a drive to the central of the city. It is also walking distance from Playa de las Mujeres, just about 15 minutes using adjacent trials, open sand beach, one of the popular destination for sea and sun lovers. We have often dropped down to the Atlantic, about 300m, for coastline walk on Paseo Marítimo San Marcial. Lanzarote offers solid cycling routes for road and off road enthusiasts, I am one of them. There is one exclusive road out of Playa Blanca, LZ-701, which takes you to La Hoya from where many routes begin. I have also attached the layout of the Villas Residential for orientation because it can be tricky to allocate your villa when you arrive at night.

From the moment we arrived on Dec 20 staff greeted us with warm friendly welcome # welcome drink they couldn't do enough for us nothing was never a issue beautiful hotel, Amazing views great food choices our room 569 was fabulous balcony with two sun loungers,two chairs table we got the sun all day so often sunbath on it😎👍🏼spa definitely worth a visit also we had great couples massage on Xmas eve🥰🥂 the walk to the marina is about 10 mins also a fab market there # sat and weds get some bargains also beautiful restaurants,playa balnca is another 15 mins walk on down with lots shops bars , restaurants, supermarket Christmas day gala was fab so.much effort from all the staff very chilled place just to switch off and relax not a place if you want to party

The location is nice, next to Papagaya beach and on the lovely beachfront promenade of Playa Blanca. The regular beds were comfortable and the bathroom very spacious and well-appointed.

What a lovely little hotel this is! I think what makes it from the start is the friendliness of the staff. I ended up eating there every evening because the food is superb and good value compared to other similar nearby places. The room was nice although another time I would go for a room with a view. It is simple to get to from the airport and central to explore the whole island. It is also well away from the tourist resorts - but close enough to can get to them.
The location was perfect. Far away from the resorts but well connected to the main roads. With a car you can be at either end of the island within 40 minutes. The flat was clean and peaceful and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The parking space was really helpful and easy to access. The views from the balcony were beautiful and I enjoyed sitting out at night watching the planes land and take off by the shore.
We enjoyed the fact that even though the property was fully booked, you rarely saw another person at the resort. Therefore, giving a vibe of peacefulness. We enjoyed the fact that the property was kept with a traditional, rustic design. We liked that the location was in the middle of the island, this meant that we could travel everywhere via car without it being too far.
A rural retreat to recharge which feels a world away from the busy resort areas of the island.
Watch the stars in a hammock, truly get in touch with nature... I loved everything about it.
Loved the fact that the Cabins are off the main road, a good way down a dirt track, it feels like such an adventure.
I can't wait to return.

The kitchen is comparable with a 5 star restaurant. Suitable for all preferences and diets, even vegan.
This place had such a positive effect on our holiday! The extra attention, smiles and chit-chat makes you feel welcome and comfortable.
The place has a charm plus some luxury to relax or activities to do in the surrounding.
In the end we decided to stay an extra day to enjoy this place some more.
