Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal on-site amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions, and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas, or apartments.
The small town is lovely and quiet compared to the large resorts on the south-west. There's a relaxed feel about the place. The apartment was spacious and had all the facilities needed to self cater.
This hotel is really one of a kind - a tranquil oasis surrounded by banana plantations and stunning scenery. Its far removed (thank goodness) from large 5 star resort hotels and was fully booked with like minded travellers (mainly couples). Reallty friendly and helpful staff, excellent housekeeping, and good breakfasts. A great place to enjoy warm and sunny winter weather without going anywhere near built up resorts.
We had a perfect time at La Quinta Roja. Paloma, the friendly and hospitable owner, couldn't have been more helpful. The beautiful, quiet, greenery filled courtyard was a perfect place to relax with a drink after a hot day, and the restaurant was delicious with a lovely outdoor space. The town is also really cute, a great place to stay if you are interested in the island itself and not into the resort scene.
An amazing apartment. Modern, luxury, spacious. Located in the center of a cosy little town of Garachico. Constant communication with the host.
