The hotel itself is very clean and well presented. The price is exceptional to include all inclusive.

Location is great bus stop literally outside the hotel. It's also quite near the airport.
Great value for money, however this is a budget hotel so don't expect luxury! Food was good but towards the end of our 5 days we were getting bored of it.Beds were comfy, good showers but rooms a little tided.

Food was actually pretty good , even though there wasn't a lot of choice it was all fresh and a lot better than some 3 star all inclusive
MLL Mediterranean Bay is a great hotel to stay for short or long periods. We stayed 10 nights, so it was a decent period of time. Breakfast was included, and there was a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The staff is really friendly and helpful, especially one of the receptionists. Overall experience is really good, not a luxury stay, but pretty comfortable. Close to the marina and walking distance from decent restaurants and beach of Arenal.
Great experience for all-inclusive. They offer a great selection of food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The location of the hotel is very quiet and has good access to the bus stop to go to Palma. It was within walking distance from S'Arenal Beach and Playa de Palma Beach. There a plenty of shops to buy affordable souvenirs including fast food like McDonald's and Burger King.
Nothing ! It’s not all inclusive ! Cant even fill a water bottle up ! Have to pay for glasses they serve u all tea coffee water pop cant even pour your own soft drinks ! It’s like a concentration camp !
Clean place with great facilities. Feels a bit luxury, yet the price was lower than many other places. Hotel has a fun vibe. The breakfast is very extensive, all the usual stuff you’d expect + more such as pancakes, hot chocolate, strawberry yoghurt, was enough options for a vegan, hash browns, even churros one morning. 7 mins walk to beach.
