Absolutely beautifully clean resort with many different swimming pools to suit everyone. Our 3 bedroom suite was enormous, clean, modern and the aircon was a necessity. Friends stayed in a one bedroom room and again clean & modern. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast catered for all nationalities, plenty of food with staff continuously serving food, clearing tables. Pool was cleaned every morning.
The hotel was amazing, the staff was the best, everyone got out of the way to make everything comfortable for us. We liked very very much. I even asked my wife if she wants to go Sharm El Sheakh and she said she rather to be in Porto Said because the staff and the hire and the location. We definitely recommend everyone come to Egypt to visit Porto Said Resort & Spa.

Everything was wonderful.. The chalet is extremely luxurious and elegant.. All the tools, appliances and amenities are available.. The place of residence in nature is more beautiful than the pictures shown.. The treatment is very kind and elegant.. And communication in the event of any inquiry or request was very fast. The resort is quiet and relaxing.. ideal for relaxation.. just steps from Helnan walk (Carrefour and a group of restaurants and cafes) We hope to repeat the experience again. Thank you very much
I thought its (Porto Amer)Resort management who is renting chalets but i found out its a broker for private hosts who is dealing with us, the location( as Porto) is good and well organised,we checked in after taking the bracelets and paying 400 le insurance, reimbursed after checking out.
The unit itself is fair not bad the kitchen equipments is old and not so clean, beds are okay.
It was very clean and very comfortable. The internet was excellent and the furniture brand new. Extremely value for money. The apartment was newly renovated. Room service was superb and the staff were doing to satisfy your needs.

Exceptional stay at Marom Resort. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and washed my motorcycle for me, and the owner was clearly very involved and went the extra mile to make my stay more comfortable. The included breakfast buffet was fantastic and the rooms were really big and great value for money. Also it’s waterfront right in the middle of town with all the good shops and restaurants close by. Will be the only place I stay whenever I am in Port Said.
