Amazing location with a wonderful beach that is great for swimming.
We stayed in a regular hotel room and it was a regular hotel room. No problems there and a nice comfortable bed. Airco worked well.
Propety is clean and has a nice lay out.
In January of 2025 it was not crowded and this made it very nice. Enough chairs by the pool and by the ocean.
Staff was nice and very attentive.
The only complaint I have is the food in the buffet. It was impressively tasteless, which made it easy to eat less. Bit low on vegetables, no avocados, and the food that was there was just bland.
However there are tons of nice restaurants in town.

Everything about the hotel was amazing, from the host greeting us and taking us to our room. Everything was perfect, Included Breakfast is always a plus and it was to order. The staff lovely. The property was beautiful and romantic.

The hotel and the location are exquisite. The food can vary from excellent to ok from dish to dish but all that is minor in comparison to the quality of service. This is probably one of the best trained teams I have ever encountered. They have purpose and do everything with pleasure and a smile. It makes for a total luxury experience. The material part which is impecable is nothing in comparison with the experience of being made to feel very special by every member of the team. Congratulations that is luxury hospitality. 👏👏
There is a lot to like abut this hotel and withstanding the Bahia all-inclusives this is easily the best on Semana Bay. The hotel website is accurate and you can get a good idea of your room selection from that. The restaurant is entirely satisfactory. The staff are very good but unless you have spanish language skills you may need google translate on your phone. The rooftop pool is instagram heaven. Underground parking is easy, secure, and free.
Good value for the money, I would go back. Is right at the beach, the tour to Cayo levantado was wonderful. The food and cocktails were good. Every night they had entertainment shows and good latin/cuban music. My room was at the corner and had an spectacular water and city view. The resort gifted us a bottle of champagne and chocolates for our anniversary, which I thought was a very nice gesture.
Beautiful setting, friendly team members and wonderful food. Loved the golf cart that took us around the resort as I had just had an operation and couldn’t walk far. The food areas were well kept and had a good array of foods including gluten free options. Pool bar was very cool and refreshing on hot days.
