We spent a wonderful six days in Sun Palace Spa & Wellness.
The hotel is located in the center of the resort, 50 steps from springs rise water.
Bright rooms, comfortable and pleasant beds.
Breakfast was delicious, tables beautifully set.
It was convenient to use the bar on the first floor of the hotel in the evening hours.
I especially want to emphasize the responsiveness of the staff.
The area where the hotel is located is great.
if you can catch a spot on the street and buy a whole day ticket parking for 120kc is fine and a better resort then parking inside the hotel which is a bit expensive.
The staff very welcoming explained everything and always there to help.
The breakfast buffet in the morning really hits the spot so much to choose from and variety was great.
The studio was simply amazing. It is one of the best value for money I ever experienced. The room was very clean, modern, and cosy. Style fits nicely to a spa resort. The arrangement is very smart so that the room feels quite spacious. You find everything you need - even a small washing machine.
I loved the patio from where you enter the individual studios.
The access to the building and to the room is via PIN code -> flexibility reg. arrival time. Staff was super friendly. Communication was great.
Hospitality of hosts, their readiness to share stories in Russian about the resort is valid. Availability of electric kettle in the room, tea & sugar, cups & cutlery is a plus. The nice peaceful garden in the yard adds positive emotions.
