The location was great. It is near to the center also near to Nissi beach. The hotel has its own beach. The hotel and the rooms are clean. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. The room is nice and renovated. The mini market inside the hotel has a lot of options. The hotel has its own parking area which allowed us to park our rental car with no worries.
Right on the beachfront, Malama is set in a mature garden with palm trees. It offers an outdoor pool, 2 restaurants and 3 bars only 40 minutes’ drive from Larnaca Airport.

The location was very nice as it was close to everything yet in quiet place. The room was very nice compared to other places. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The beach was great but limited capacity and you have to book your sunbeds or catch them before afternoon, otherwise you wont find any if the hotel is full.

Exceptional property. The villa is just as modern and stylish as it looks on the pictures, with villa 15 also benefitting from an excellent south-east facing corner plot ensuring sun throughout the day. Ideal having the beaches, restaurants and facilities of the resort within a 5-10 minute walk too. We would certainly return.
Love Kyklades complex, having used the pool and pool bar on multiple previous visits, we decided to actually stay on the complex this time. Lovely apartments and in a great location in Kapparis, right on the bus route to get into the tourist resort when required.
We know the resort and it is great ! This apartment has a great advantage that is very close to the main road of Kapparis that we used for all our needs. The owners and the manager were great as they were always responding very fast and also they left us to enter earlier and leave later as they did not had booking the previous and next day.(We did not use the extra time but we appreciated a lot ! )
We came 12 friends to the resort. The staff of the resort was amazing! They were welcoming and very warm people.
The resort is brand new with the best view you can get, in quiet area.
We took the 'Ira' vila and we loved every moment there. The kitchen of the vila is well equiped and there is also a great sauna there.
