Amazing hotel

We stayed at both Alexander the Great and Olympic Lagoons as a family with two small children. This is definitely the best option with little ones. Facilities, staff and food are all catered to suit them. I’ve never seen so many kids in a hotel and felt completely welcome.

The communal areas where great with lots to offer; from kids zone, teen zone, accessible food/drinks everywhere you looked, which really was refreshing. The pool areas are brilliant and there is really not much more that could be offered here.

Dinner was always amazing and many good choises. Breakfast was not good, but every day we found something to eat.

I recently stayed at Louis Phaethon Beach for my girlfriend's birthday, and I can say it was a brilliant experience from start to finish. The level of service provided by the staff was outstanding, making our stay truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the reception and bar staff greeted us with genuine hospitality, offering drink as soon as we had arrived. Their attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond made us feel special and welcomed. They were always available to assist with any questions or requests, and their helpful nature truly set the tone for our stay. We moved here from another hotel as it was extremely poor. I also want to give a special mention to the hotel manager, who was instrumental in making our celebration extraordinary. I messaged the hotel to ask for any special difference they could make it it was my girlfriends 40th. They arranged a surprise for my girlfriend by bringing champagne and fruits to our room and thoughtfully arranging a table decorated with balloons and a birthday cake for dinner. It was evident that the staff took pride in providing personalised touches to enhance our experience, and we couldn't have asked for more. The food throughout our stay was fantastic, every meal was a delight. The variety of dishes offered ensured that there was something for everyone’s taste, and each plate was beautifully presented and delicious. The hotel itself was impeccably maintained and offered a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Whether lounging by the pool or enjoying a cosy meal, we found the environment to be perfectly relaxing. I genuinely cannot recommend Louis Patheon enough. If you're looking for a place with fantastic staff, great food, and a commitment to making your stay memorable, this is the place. Thank you to the bartender Sam, Hany in the restaurant, the manager, and the entire team for making our experience so special. We can’t wait to return!

Above all, the staff is very helpful and always smiling (reception, service at lunch and breakfast). Hotel about 3 minutes walk to a small, quiet and charming beach with a good bar for snacks. Plenty of space to relax whether by the pool or next to it on the lawn chairs. Very tasty food and desserts. (a small remark breakfast could be more varied every day). In general, the hotel is recommended for a rest.

Even if the water of the pools was cold this time, we enjoyed the other facilities (spa, tennis, football) and the sea. The food of the restaurant is always tasty and so varied.
